Refund policy

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sale items, or gift cards.

However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will fully investigate the issue and, if confirmed, process a full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us with proof (such as photos) within a reasonable time after receiving the item.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds (Defective Items Only)
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
